Time of completion is dependant on number of pets per drawing. Please allow up to three weeks for completion. An email will be sent if there is a delay to the completion of the piece. An email will be sent when the piece has been shipped. If the product arrives damaged a replacement will be offered. Receipt will be enclosed.
